I’m Theresa, a business strategist with a passion for helping entrepreneurs start and scale with confidence. Before launching Your Business Blueprint, I spent years running businesses across different industries and learned firsthand how overwhelming starting out can feel—especially without a solid plan.

My journey into entrepreneurship began unexpectedly when I stepped in to run my family’s company during a crisis. What started as a challenge became an opportunity to modernize systems, grow revenue, and eventually sell the business successfully. From there, I launched and managed multiple ventures, gained experience in marketing and event logistics for a cybersecurity company, and discovered what truly lights me up: helping others build strong business foundations.

Today, I help new and early-stage entrepreneurs through 1:1 coaching, strategy sessions, and programs designed to simplify the startup process. My approach combines real-world experience with practical tools to take the guesswork out of building a business.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me networking with incredible women entrepreneurs, traveling to new places, planning events, or spending time with my fiancé, Nico, and our dog, Chevelle.
